File / Record Collection, Cataloguing, and Transport

We plan ahead of time to clearly estimate the number of archive boxes to ensure weekly/monthly backlog record archiving, moreover we also prepare the necessary project plans in collaboration with your archive department and end users.

Box Indexing and Barcoding

Your RMS “Record Management System” files / records shall undergo proper registration and be maintained with controlled access to ensure your files / records are accurately and securely stored, in accordance to the standard operating procedure applied by your service provider’s defined processes. Indexing and Barcoding for each box should be uploaded to the RMS to facilitate reconciliation in real time.

Document Retrieval / Re-File

When you request a box or document according to the work order details, the Record Management System “RMS” seamlessly enters the unique box number plus the date, time, name of the requestor and mode of delivery into the system.
